Theatrical & Creative-Industry Practice
My theatrical and creative-industry practice spans professional hairdressing, specialist makeup, prosthetics, wig and hairpiece styling, character design, costume, editorial photography, runway, film, television, theatre, music and live events. Across these areas, I have developed complete visual concepts through research, collaboration and experimentation with colour, form, texture, proportion and character.

My work has included creative and editorial photoshoots, fashion campaigns, runway presentations, stage and screen productions, music projects, exhibitions and showcases. I have worked both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with photographers, models, performers, musicians, designers and production professionals. I have also led hair and makeup teams for major fashion events, including directing 16 artists and preparing 35 models across eight designer presentations at Melbourne Fashion Week.

This background provides specialist knowledge that extends across Visual Arts, Media and Drama. As an educator, I can contribute to school productions, character and costume development, theatrical hair and makeup, wigs, photography, exhibitions, runway events and interdisciplinary creative projects while helping students understand how individual artistic elements combine to create a cohesive visual concept.
